Brakemotors (TEFC) are high efficiency motors which consist of an induction motor coupled to a disc brake. Brake is of sturdy construction with few moving parts which guarantees long durability and minimum maintenance.

• NPT threaded terminal box
• Armature type brake
• Manual release
• Class F insulation (Impregnation resin and magnet wire are Class H)
• F1 mounted
• Regreasable ball bearings (Frames 254T and up)
