Teco-Westinghouse Drive Warranty Procedure
The buyer must first contact a Dealers Industrial Equipment, LLC representative to start the RMA process. A picture of the nameplate of the variable frequency drive will need to be sent by email to start the RMA process. Once Dealers Industrial has received the proper RMA paper work from Teco-Westinghouse, Dealers Industrial will issue this RMA to you via e-mail or fax. This process is estimated to be completed within 72 weekday hours. After you have received the RMA information from Dealers Industrial, you will need to follow the instructions laid out within the RMA. In cases where Teco wants to complete an overall inspection of the item(s) to see if it is deemed to be defective from the factory, Teco will then need the item(s) to be sent to the address located on the RMA; this process is estimated to take about 10-14 business days after the item has been delivered to Teco. All shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Once Teco has completed their inspection and has deemed the item(s) to be defective from the factory, Dealers Industrial Equipment, LLC will then issue a replacement or refund for the original purchase price.
